Deleting your data

You can remove Adpatch's access and have your data deleted at any time.

If you use the hosted service

The hosted service at app.adpatch.co is not open yet. Once it is:

1. Disconnect an ad platform from the dashboard. Its access token is deleted immediately, and we ask the platform to revoke it.
2. Close your account from the dashboard, or email privacy@adpatch.co from the address on the account. Everything under the account is deleted within 30 days, and from backups within a further 30 days.

Removing Adpatch from Facebook

You can also remove Adpatch from your Facebook account directly:

1. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
2. Open Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
3. Find Adpatch and choose Remove.

This revokes Adpatch's access straight away. Once the hosted service opens, Facebook will also notify Adpatch when you remove it, and we will delete the Meta access token and any Meta data linked to your account; you will be able to check on a deletion by emailing privacy@adpatch.co with the confirmation code Facebook shows you.

If you run Adpatch on your own computer

In local mode, nothing is sent to us, so there is nothing for us to delete. To remove your login from your computer, run:

adpatch auth logout meta

Then remove Adpatch from Facebook as above to revoke its access completely.
