Adpatch

Terms of use

Last updated 31 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of Adpatch, including the program you run yourself ("local mode") and the hosted service at app.adpatch.co once it opens. Adpatch is operated by Liam Gallagher in New Zealand ("we", "us"). By using Adpatch you agree to these terms.

Early access

Adpatch is in development. It may change, have errors, or be unavailable, and features may be added or removed. We will try to give notice of significant changes.

Your ad accounts and spending

Acceptable use

Do not use Adpatch to break the law or any ad platform's terms, to access accounts you are not authorised to use, to interfere with Adpatch or the platforms, or to get around Adpatch's limits or safeguards.

Ad platforms

Adpatch is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit or Snap. Your use of each platform remains under that platform's own terms. Platforms can change or withdraw their services, which can affect what Adpatch can do.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle information.

Fees

Adpatch is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price before you are charged, and you can choose not to continue.

Ending use

You can stop using Adpatch and delete your data at any time (see Deleting your data). We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we need to protect Adpatch, its users or the ad platforms.

No warranty and limits on liability

Adpatch is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error-free or always available, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or ad spending resulting from changes you confirmed. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or NZD 100 if you have paid nothing.

If you use Adpatch for business purposes, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under New Zealand law that cannot be excluded.

General

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and New Zealand courts have jurisdiction. We may update these terms by posting a new version here; if a change is significant, we will give notice before it applies. Questions: hello@adpatch.co.
